Fields of Activities

• Activities to support the national / European educational system dedicated to foreign students, but also to Romanian students, as follows: inter-university and multicultural experience exchanges, supporting doctoral activities, intercultural recreational activities;
• Conducting sports, religious, educational, cultural, medical or psychological activities, housing, voice / Internet communications, other types of activities for foreigners whose stay in Romania / EU / other states is legal / illegal.

• Public opinion polling, surveys and statistics, including statistical analysis of results, data processing and interpretation, social reports, especially in migration field;
• Elaboration of studies / analyzes / reports, which will be the basis for carrying out activities in the field of migration;
• Research and development activities in the field of migration, as well as in other social domains;

• Supporting relocation/resettlement activities and specific assistance;
• Counselling activities, assistance, interpreting, translation and representation in relation to the authorities or courts for all categories of foreigners (third-country nationals, aliens against whom a return decision has been issued, asylum seekers, beneficiaries of international protection, other categories) whose residence in Romania / EU / other states is of a legal nature;
• Providing assistance to Romanian / EU citizens repatriated from other states;
• Assisting families in Romania who have at least one emigrant member in an EU / other state;

• Support for return / voluntary repatriation / reintegration into the country of origin of aliens whose stay in Romania / EU / other states is legally / illegally or in another state where the alien is accepted and life is not threatened;
• Counseling, assistance, interpretation, translation and representation in relation to the authorities or courts for all categories of aliens (third-country nationals, aliens against whom a return decision has been issued, asylum seekers, beneficiaries of a form of international protection, other categories) whose residence in Romania / EU / other states is illegal;
• monitoring the respect of fundamental rights by state authorities for foreigners whose presence on the territory of a state is subject to migration law;
• Providing material assistance according to the religious particularities in the border area, during the triage and research for foreigners whose residence in Romania / EU / other states is illegal.

• Supporting public policies in the field of migration and human rights through proposals to harmonize the specific legislation at the level of Member States / other states or proposals to complement migration strategies and methodologies;
• identifying the issues to be pursued by public entities and formulating recommendations on the management of migration management;
• Organization or participation in workshops, seminars, conferences and other types of meetings that propose topics in the field of migration;
• Collaborations with the diplomatic missions for organizing information and awareness actions on migration policies;
• Organization of awareness actions / awareness campaigns in Romania / EU / other states;
• Editing, production and dissemination of information materials: TV / radio spots, brochures, books, leaflets;
• Drafting and implementation of projects with European funding / other types of financing in order to achieve the proposed objectives;
• Consultancy in the elaboration and implementation of projects with European financing / other types of financing in order to achieve the proposed objectives;
• Collaboration with European Union entities, governmental organizations, international organizations, non-governmental organizations from Romania / EU / other states in order to achieve the proposed objectives;
• Implementation of complementary actions or projects in accordance with the proposed objectives, in compliance with the existing national and international legal framework.
